We are seeking experienced finance professionals to join a Financial Services Group in the following strategic roles:
1. Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer (MD/CEO) – Microfinance Bank Subsidiary
📍 Location: Lagos
Key Requirements
• Minimum 10–12 years’ experience in banking or financial services, with at least 5–7 years in senior management leadership roles.
• Master’s Degree (MBA, MSc, or equivalent) mandatory.
• Deep expertise in CBN banking regulations, NDIC guidelines, Basel III/II frameworks, IFRS 9, and AML/CFT compliance.
• Proven track record in strategic leadership, business growth, risk management, and regulatory engagement.
• Experience with core banking systems and digital transformation initiatives.
Ideal Candidate
A visionary, execution-driven CEO with full P&L accountability and a track record of driving profitable growth, leading CBN examinations, and building high-performance teams in a financial institution.
2. Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer (MD/CEO) – Asset Management Subsidiary
📍 Location: Lagos
Key Requirements
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in asset management, investment banking, wealth management, or financial services, with at least 7–10 years in senior executive leadership.
• Master’s Degree (MBA, MSc, or equivalent) mandatory.
• Professional certification (CFA, ACA, ACCA, CIS, CIBN) strongly preferred.
• Deep expertise in SEC Nigeria regulations, CIS rules, pension fund management guidelines, and AML/CFT compliance.
• Proven track record in AUM growth, client acquisition, and investment product innovation.
Ideal Candidate
A commercially driven investment professional with strong deal execution capabilities, experience managing investments across multiple asset classes, and a robust network of institutional and HNW investors.
3. Group Chief Operating Officer
📍 Location: Lagos
Key Requirements
• Minimum 10-15 years’ post-graduation experience, with at least 5 years in C-suite/Executive roles within financial services, microfinance, or fintech.
• MBA/MSc strongly preferred.
• Professional certification (CIBN, PMP, Six Sigma) is an advantage.
• Comprehensive knowledge of CBN prudential guidelines, NDIC regulations, NDPC/NDPR data protection, and AML/CFT compliance.
• Proven track record in managing multi-branch, multi-product operations with demonstrable improvements in cost-to-income ratio and operational efficiency.
Ideal Candidate
An operational heavyweight with experience leading large-scale operations, driving digital transformation, and delivering operational excellence across multiple subsidiaries or business units.
4. Head, Marketing & Business Development
📍 Location: Lagos
Key Requirements
• Minimum 7–10 years’ progressive experience in Marketing, Business Development, or Financial Services, with at least 3-5 years in senior management.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA or relevant Master’s strongly preferred.
• Professional certifications (CIM, NIMN, CIPM) are an added advantage.
• Deep understanding of CBN, SEC, and financial services regulations affecting marketing and client acquisition.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics), and CRM platforms.
Ideal Candidate
A commercial leader with a track record of driving aggressive customer acquisition, brand growth, and strategic partnerships that deliver measurable revenue growth.
5. Head, Credit Risk Management
📍 Location: Lagos
Key Requirements
• Minimum 7–10 years’ experience in credit risk management, credit analysis, or risk oversight, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
• Professional certifications (CIBN, ACA, ACCA, FRM, CRM) strongly preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of CBN prudential guidelines, Basel III/II frameworks, IFRS 9 impairment models, and NDIC regulations.
• Proficiency with credit risk management systems, data analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL), and automated credit scoring models.
• Experience leading CBN/SEC examinations is strongly preferred.

A strategic risk leader with the intellectual honesty to provide independent, data-driven recommendations and the courage to say “no” when necessary—a trusted partner to the business, not a roadblock.
6. Head, Portfolio Management
📍 Location: Lagos
Key Requirements
• Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in credit, collections, portfolio management, or financial services operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Professional certifications in Banking (CIBN), Risk Management (FRM, CRM), or Credit Administration are an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of CBN guidelines, consumer protection regulations, and financial services lending operations.
• Proficiency with loan management systems, collection platforms, and data analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL).
Ideal Candidate
A seasoned portfolio management professional with experience leading monitoring and recovery functions, implementing early warning systems, and balancing commercial discipline with fair, empathetic collections.
7. Business Development Executives
📍 Location: Lagos & Abuja
Key Requirements
• Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in business development, sales, marketing, or financial services operations.
• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Banking & Finance, or related discipline.
• Proven experience in deposit mobilization and credit marketing within a financial institution is an added advantage.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ideal Candidate
Results-driven, resilient sales professional with a hunger for targets, uncapped earning potential, and a clear career path to Team Lead and Branch Manager.
