How to secure a place on a scheduled Academy programme.
Securing a place

Choose a programme
Select your programme and note the course code shown against the title.

Request the form
Request the registration form at [email protected], or register your interest on the programme page.

Submit
Send the completed form with your organisation's sponsorship letter or purchase order.
- 04
Confirmation
A confirmation, invoice and joining instructions are issued on receipt.

Joining instructions
Venue, timing and pre-work details are sent two weeks before commencement.
Booking terms
Fees
Fees are quoted per participant per programme and confirmed on the current fee schedule, issued separately and available on request. [CLIENT TO CONFIRM: remainder of fees term]
Series packages
Registering for every part of a multi-part series in advance attracts a package rate. All fourteen series run in full during 2027. [CLIENT TO CONFIRM: remainder of series packages term]
Registration and payment
A place is confirmed on receipt of a completed registration form and your organisation's sponsorship letter or purchase order. [CLIENT TO CONFIRM: remainder of registration and payment term]
Group bookings
Group rates apply where three or more participants from the same organisation attend the same programme.
Substitution
A nominated participant may be substituted at no charge up to three working days before commencement. [CLIENT TO CONFIRM: remainder of substitution term]
Cancellation by the participant
Written cancellation more than fourteen working days before commencement is refunded in full. [CLIENT TO CONFIRM: refund terms between fourteen and seven working days, and later]
Postponement by Flowpond
We reserve the right to reschedule a programme where minimum enrolment is not met. [CLIENT TO CONFIRM: notice period and options for registered participants]
Certification
Participants who complete the full contact hours and satisfy the assessment requirements receive a Flowpond Academy Certificate of Completion.
Those completing every part of a series receive a series certificate recording the full progression.
