How we tailor a programme

Establish the capability gap, the population to be trained and the outcome you are buying.

Diagnosis
A short needs assessment using interviews, a survey or existing performance data.

Design
Outline with objectives, session plan, case material and assessment, for your approval.

Delivery
At your premises, ours or virtually, on dates that suit you, including Mondays.

Review
Completion report covering attendance, outcomes, evaluation and next steps.
Terms for in-house delivery
Minimum group size
Eight participants. Programmes for smaller groups can be arranged and are quoted individually.
Maximum group size
Twenty-five participants for classroom delivery, to protect the quality of practice and feedback.
Lead time
Four weeks from confirmation for an unmodified catalogue programme; six to eight weeks where material is to be tailored to your policies, products or systems.
Location
At your premises, at a venue we arrange on your behalf, or virtually. Delivery outside Lagos is available and quoted with travel included.
Scheduling
In-house programmes run on dates that suit you, including Mondays, which are held clear of the open enrolment calendar.
Tailoring
Case material, examples and regulatory references are adapted to your operating context, using your own anonymised scenarios where you wish.
