Our faculty
Senior practitioners who have held the accountability they now teach about.

Programmes are delivered by a faculty of senior practitioners drawn from Nigerian banking, risk management, development finance, energy and the public sector. We do not use career trainers.
120+
years of combined leadership experience across Big 4 firms, banking, energy and investment
Who delivers our programmes
Banking and credit
Former chief risk officers, group heads of credit risk and heads of credit audit from Nigerian tier-one and mid-tier banks, alongside serving senior risk leadership at a national development finance institution. Between them they have built credit policies, chaired credit committees, run workout portfolios and answered to supervisors.
Big 4 and international institutions
Former senior staff of a Big 4 firm in West Africa, with others drawn from international development finance institutions and a major international energy company. They bring the discipline of audit, assurance and structured advisory work into the classroom.
Transaction and corporate finance
Faculty who have executed corporate finance, trade finance and investment banking mandates, including pioneering executives of Nigerian commercial banks and directors of specialist finance companies. They teach from live transaction experience rather than textbook cases.
Public sector and governance
Faculty who have delivered audit, performance and governance programmes to state institutions, and understand the procurement, budget-cycle and accountability constraints under which public officials actually operate.
Academic and professional standing
Faculty hold doctorates, fellowships and professional qualifications across accountancy, taxation, risk management and project delivery, and maintain membership of the professional bodies that govern their fields.
How faculty are appointed
Facilitators are appointed through a competitive process that scores subject-matter depth, facilitation record and sector relevance, and includes a live teaching demonstration before any appointment is made. Every programme is observed and evaluated, and faculty standing is reviewed annually against participant outcomes.
